A long chain necklace manufactured by Roman jeweller Angelo Giorgio Cazzaniga during the 1960s, suspending two Acorn shaped extremities, embellished by dome cut aventurine, rose cut diamonds, and rubies, on an 18kt grained yellow gold mounting representative of the house.
